Delivery, Shipping and Terms of Payment

Delivery

We deliver in Germany and Austria with the Deutsche Post. Unfortunately, we cannot determine with which second and third companies Deutsche Post cooperates as a partner within and outside the EU, which can lead to delays in delivery due to the adverse working conditions of the deliverer. We ask for your understanding.

The delivery takes place with payment entrance usually from 2 to 3 days in Germany and Austria and/or 3 to 7 days in the European Union. As we are not able to stock the articles in all sizes and variations, a standard delivery time of 1 to 3 weeks cannot be excluded.

Austria/Germany

Up to a value of goods of 139,- €: 7,90 €

From a value of 140,- €: Free of charge

EU

Parcel up to 2 kg: 18,00 €
Parcel up to 5 kg: 22,00 €
Parcel up to 10 kg: 27,00 €
Parcel up to 20 kg: 38,00 €

Foreign (non-EU)

Parcel up to 5 kg: 35,00 €
Parcel up to 10 kg: 44,00 €
Parcel up to 20 kg: 58,00 €

Foreign Dispatch

In the case of delivery outside the EU (e.g. to Switzerland or Great Britan), additional costs (e.g. additional taxes and/or duties) may be incurred, depending on the legal regulations applicable there. These costs are not additional shipping costs, so they are to be borne by you. Please check with the relevant customs authorities in the country of destination before ordering.

 

Currency

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash payment on collection (Due to the plans of our banksters and the EU to abolish cash, we grant an immediate discount on each item for cash payment. Exceptions are items that are already discounted.)

Prepayment by bank transfer (simply select in the online shop and transfer the invoice amount with the given invoice number - please send separately by e-mail contact details or delivery address)

Payment by PayPal (up to max. 1.000 EUR)

 

Further payment details

To settle the invoice amount within 7 days.

 

Exchange of goods

 When exchanging goods, the buyer may be charged for costs incurred, such as postage and packaging or an expense allowance.

 

Where is my package?

When your parcel is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so that you can track the delivery status of your parcel around the clock.
